Shipping Policy
Processing Time Â
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Â
Estimated delivery time for orders within the United States is 5–10 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Â
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.
Delivery Confirmation Â
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier is considered proof that the order was successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Incorrect Address Â
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Â
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
